How to Do Breadboard Ends for Table Tops
Throat plate sounds like something my girlfriend needs for our Sunday nights
How do you know it’s square?
W
Nice so cool how creat be you can be with 3D printing and how usefull
It’s the best thing about 3d printing. Simple useful items and it costs like nothing. A $20 spool goes so far
The way this dude uses glue wanna make me cry
Thanks for the video, I'll be putting mine together tomorrow.
Im curious what the price difference is between that 3d printed item and something you could buy off the shelf.
This cost me just over $2 in filament according to the Bambu slicer
I love how he faked the build plate separation like it changed anything.
Faked? Wtf are you talking about?
@@DettorreCustoms as in it looks and sounds like the print was separated before the shot. Calm down I wasn't accusing you of faking the print.
I know you didn’t but you also accused me of faking a part of the video. Depending on how long the print sits on the plate after it’s done sometimes it just separates on its own like the trays did since they finished during the night and I did it when I woke up. The last black piece needs a slight bend to get off
@@pcsurgeontheoriginal8015 the Bambu PEI plate is quite good and a lot of my bigger PLA prints tend to separate itself from the plate by itself when the plate cools down. You can see that the construction pieces had smaller area touching the plate and he had to bend the plate to separate the second one
I think it's more practical to make it out of wood. It takes a lot of filament. But it looks great.
It cost me just over $2 in filament
I think the true power of 3d printing comes from the ability to customize useful items. For instance, you could easily customize these trays to fit and hold specific items.
No doubt
It’s cool, but what is it-is it a different or specialized letter tray organizer? I don’t always understand 3D printing a product that already exists, especially one that you could buy at an any store for cheap.
Can you find one exactly like this? If not, then they made something that fits them. And making it is also part of the fulfillment than just clicking an order button. It builds skills that would allow him to make even more things that fit his needs.
Honestly if you’re like me you just like making stuff. Why pay $10 or $15 and go to Walmart when I have have fun printing it in any color I want and it’s probably cost me $2 in filament.
3D printing is usually not cheaper or faster, especially for these kinds of items. Don't really get why people would print something like this
@@daylen577it cost me I think just over $2 in filament
Really cool thing
Lmao....
is there any way to use the combo part without buying the combo part? like 3d print a 4 spoon holder and then get 4 of the filament feeders or whatever?
No
I mean prob but you would need to be a master at coding and machines
Not to mention assembly and maintenance and just the time it would take at that points it’s better to just buy the part
No because there’s an ams plug that it recognizes
I’m going to try the 110. I’m getting too many air bubbles
Thats not 120 grid sheets😢
Yes it is
Watch some Workshop Companion shorts, and try to go about narration the way that he does. It should help you out quite a bit. Your voice isnt boring like that other comment said, and your video quality isnt bad, you just need to know what to say and how to say it. Good luck in the future, man. Keep at it
I’m not above criticism or learning to get better
Это точно надо было печатать?
Well theres info blocked may u fix that if its important. Well done
If you don’t like woodworking you’re allowed to go get a different job. Hell, I’ll even come empty your garage for you no charge!
I love woodworking but appreciate the offer

I’m always open to a career change. Bill burr wasn’t bill burr when he started. Give me time
I'd rather listen to a GarageBand then listen to your boring voice
So first the garage band and then his voice? I'd skip the band and just listen to his voice!
I agree. My voice sucks
It’s a coin flip. Both my voice and the band blow
Definitely enjoying the voice over! This is what I call quality content
Thanks my man!
collapsing chair!
Yup and it didn’t work! Not sure what happened
Is that stained or raw wood?
Stained. Classic gray
What is the table top thickness? I’m looking into building one of these. Thanks
I think this was 1-5/8”
Great! I love how intuitive the controls are, making it a breeze to create intricate designs. The support from the community, especially with helpful videos like Cam's, has made all the difference. I can't wait to explore more possibilities with this machine-it's truly a game changer for anyone looking to dive into the laser world! 🚀✨
Does this work for left cut saws as well ?
How thick are those boards?
Hey etele i have a video idea for you If you want you can make a tutorial on how to make and print a buisiness card Thanks for your attention reading my comment
Do you have a full video on how to use this tool?
I don’t but maybe I could do one
@DettorreCustoms Deleted my hate comments. I was just frustrated with these shorts that wouldn't show how anything is done. Just speed run things for views. If you did a full video on the jig, that would be great. You would be the only one on the internet explaining how to use this jig properly for different joints. Slam your affiliate link on it? Maybe it could make you some money? No idea. But it will help a lot.
@DettorreCustoms Some clickbaity title? What they didn't tell you about dowel joint? Lol. It doesn't have to be an expensive jig. Then, use the milescraft jig and tell us how to do it better. Not telling you how to run your channel. I am just suggesting.
@@meilyn22you seem to take issue with a lot of my videos. Only so much to show in under 60sec so I focus on the tool itself and its functionality. If I have time to do a full RUclips on things I will. I raise 2 kids alone so I do the best I can to balance time
@@DettorreCustoms Fair enough! Sorry for my rude comments.
Will this work for 2x2 butt joint?
Dowels have stranded the test of time so I’m guessing dowels and glue would work just fine. You made have to cut longer dowels though for added stability and strength
you demonstrated absolutly NOTHING abiut "how to" do anything
I literally told you exactly what to do and what each screws did. Would you like a close up or me turning the screw head 1/8 of a turn?
Hi brother I have question after I watched your video I just bought a milescraft saw guide this is not a long enough to cut the whole long side plywood what you suggest should I order only track extension or should I buy another one because price difference is only $20 whole set is $99 and extension is $79 but if I buy another set of milescraft it will work with the one I have can I make it track longer
You could get another track but honestly I’ll usually just slide the track a tiny bit near the end
Gods tier patience. 🫠
Easy if you have 20k in power tools
Take the engraving out it. It was more about squaring your wood, clean crisp lines. Clean sanding. Just taking pride in your work
👍🏻🙏🏻
I'm so glad you posted this. A couple of years back, when I started getting into woodworking, I bought the Kreg 720 Pro kit. I was really disappointed once I started using it. It was just flimsy, and I felt like it should have cost 1/3 of what I paid for it. For the past few weeks, I have been looking to replace it, and this just sold me on the Milescraft jig. I have a few of their products, and they all work well. Thanks again!
The Monport laser has been a fantastic addition to my workshop! I love the sleek and eye-catching design, especially that metallic red laser head. It's a real head-turner! Very cool! Sheesh!
even thought i dont have this, but its definitely 10x better than kreg accucut! kreg is horrible on laminate sheets and tends to flex halfway on the cut and give you whack cuts. main reason is the sled keeps on flexing and theres no adjustment like a normal track saw, but milescraft have it! that alone gives it better quality cut and consistency plus its made of entirely aluminum! the sled on kreg was cheap plastic and wobbles a lot! never use kreg on high end laminate sheet, but its ok for rough carpentry.
Thanks I just got one
Lots of sawdust flying about the place!
Invest in a dust collection port adapter (pretty cheap), a vortex dust separator (HF=$35, + 5 gallon bucket), and some clear acrylic roll material to cover things better like a real track saw. Use magnets and washers for instant on-off. YEAH - IT'S NOT A PIECE OF CRAP MATERIAL WISE, and nice and thin plate - unlike the F'n KREG version. SICK OF THAT thick sled. I had to upgrade my saw to make it through a 2x in one pass.
By watching milescraft track saw guide is beginning to grow on me.
Brilliant video
Couldn’t you run the saw blade around with the board the same way you did with the router?
i'm thinking the blade would probably get bound from trying to complete the curve, making it unsafe. the jigsaw can handle the curve because the blade is much thinner.
@@personal2183The router makes a much cleaner cut around the edge and provides a better guide for the jig saw for the finishing cut.
gotta love forstner bits, thats a dope looking table btw.
Thank you!
Miles craft?
Yes!
Wow this is gorgeous
Thank you!
